Today when I went out to get ready to leave to work the front left tire was flat aired it up and drove to the tire shop. Had a very small screw stuck in the tread. $13 later back on the road

It is even easier if you replace the bolts using studs, you don't even have to hold it.

Buddy told me of some preacticaly new Michelin 265/75R16E tires at a used tire shop so I grabbed them for the front of the truck. $140 out the door and they look great, build date of 2015.

Gave the mule a work out this past weekend. Went on a 7 hour round trip to my favorite wheeling spot down in TN. You will notice that I also have the bed back on.

Nice new harmonic damper, T. Is that the larger one from the 24V application or the stock small one from 89-93?

The 1998.5-2002 one is a mild upgrade that is meant to handle the "H.O." engines of that era. If you're replacing it, it is better suited to handle increased power mods for the VE era trucks, and best of all, cheaper. Think of it as a partial upgrade in lieu of a fluiddampr

Now you tell me ?

No, but it is the "3rd revision" of harmonic balancers / vibration dampers that cummins changed the B engines to.

Yes, Geno's sent it to me, and the part number is 3916436. Cummins Quickserve shows it's the final revision replacement, and I confirmed it with Cummins prior to ordering. Cummins wanted $285, and didn't have them in stock nearby. Genos had the exact same cummins unit in stock, and at $226.

Can't wait to put it on and see if it makes any difference than my 200,000 unit on there now.

Finally got around to replacing that leaking water pump....OMG I can't believe that the water pump was still in one piece! The bearing was completely toast...over a 1/4" play in every direction!

Tossed in another good "used" original cummins water pump and all is well. I also took a few minutes to re-route the return lines on the HB/PS system.

Trying to work out the last details. Hooked up the parking brake cables in the dana 80. Made brake lines. Installed the larger chevy wheel cylinders. Little bit on the inside.
