So...I got the KDP tabbed and everything put back together. I was cleaning up the tools etc and kind of patting myself on the back when I found the new dust seal under a rag. Guess I know what I'm doing tomorrow.

I hate it when I do stuff like that! And for some unknown reason it's the last thing that you notice.

looks like I will be using this for my daily drive for awhile (the green one)while the dodge is down.
It is sort of a pain around town. about half the places I go people have jeep stories and the other half want to buy it.

Today I finished tabbing the KDP AND I remembered to install the new dust shield on the end of the crankshaft. I also Swiss cheesed the air box.

More paint prep. Used the stud gun,( welded myself to the truck, LOL ), to pull the remaining small dents. I will sand and seal the cab, fenders, and hood tomorrow. Getting close.

Maybe the iron supplements weren't such a good idea?

Most of the iron in my blood has long since turned to lead and settled in my butt.
I will have the truck in primer today. Hope to have it painted this week.

What did I do ?

I sat on the garden state deathway and tried getting both my wife and myself killed being stranded on the side of the road. Since no one pays any attention to stranded motorists, I figured I'd just test the waters and see if anyone would stop by and help me, or just run my *** over.

My wife got lots of "beep beep's" from the local truckers, so I guess it wasn't all bad.
