tag says WH1C on his ( mines a HX35/H1C hybrid since the HX crapped its exhaust fins in my friends 96 so i have the HX35 compressor wheel and housing with the H1C's 18cm exhaust) and it has a non-wastegated 21 cm housing

Sounds like somebody took a stock 91.5-92 turbo and put a WH1C compressor on it because the factory one may have crapped.
W indicates wastegated.....if it was a complete wh1c turbo it'd have a W/G 12cm housing, not that lag master
