Looks great! I really like the way that hot pipe is set up, we have all that room up there on 1st gens, so why not use it?

The positive responses is truly overwhelming....thanks guys! It has been a fun project and it couldnt have been possible without the help of John (cummins2fast). I also want to give a big thanks to Swank and Stomp for answering some of my more stupid questions. I will get the pipes powdercoated and put it on the dyno before the month is out. It feels real good when people appreciate your hard work...thanks again.

NeedMoPower, SUPER NICE JOB, what kind of turbos did you use in your setup? External wastegate or what? I am getting ready to build my own twin setup and am trying to see what kind of turbos I need without spending alot on modified units. I would like to run my hx35 with either the stock wastegate housing or the 16cm that is on it now, any ideas? I have been looking at the HT2B for the bottom, what do you think?

12vordie.. You need to come up next time we have a meeting...

He's running a HTB2 w/B2 on bottom... The HTB2 is a little longer on the exhaust housing, and made it a little tight between the firewall... but its looking great... I think he's still got some tricks left on the details...

Well I think I would have a problem using the HTB2 on top, aren't the engines on the 2nd gen set further back than the 1st gen. caleb c. that might be my clutch you smell I am still running the stock clutch and have no idea what kind of power I am making, it will slip at 65mph when you stomp on it

12vordie,
Running a twin setup using a htb2 on a 2nd gen could be a little difficult, but not out of the question. Alot of people use an ht3b for the bottom turbo. They can be found real cheap (around $500) and are readily available. Alot of your larger 4wd Case and New Holland tractors run an HT3B or an HT60 so that may be another place to look for a turbo, but you'll be hard pressed to find a tractor of that size in the Iola area. I would probably look at an hx40 or something like it for the top turbo though. I'm also not sure if I'd be taking my advice on twins. I have never heard of a person running the twin setup that i'm trying so it may not even work at all. There are many more people who know more about twins than I do.

I'm hoping for a low to mid 400hp number with these twins. My last dyno was 352hp so we will see what happens...

His nose is getting longer as we speak, 450HP easy.
