Water pouring out Heater box
Well, Hottest day of the yr hear and put a few hundred miles on the old girl with the ac cranking and next thing I know turning a left hand corner my passenger informs me his foot just got soaked..lol Needless to say, there was quite a bit of water in there.. I pulled off the inspection plate where I sealed the box back up after I cleaned it out and there was a .5" of water in the bottom of the box.. I know the deal inside is gonna sweat a little, but shouldn't have a drain or something.. Anybody have an idea what to do on this situation.. Thanks
Derek

Is it condensate?
It sounds like your evaporator drain is blocked; there is a drain on the outside of the air box about below the blower motor.
There should be a rubber elbow that sticks down; you might need to poke a piece of wire into it to clear it out.
But make sure you are not lying under it or you will get wet.

Thanks jim, I knew it had to have a way out somewhere. I'll see if I can find that drain hole and snake it out. I'm sure that has got to be the issue.

If you look down from the blower motor you should see a molded rubber elbow almost at the bottom of the cab, you can pull it off and clean out the passage into the evaporator case.
I cleaned mine out and then dumped about a gallon of hot water into the case to flush it out.
The elbow might also be MIA; it is easy to see from under the truck.
