I have a 92 250 ex-cab LB 4X4 This is my first diesel truck. I love it . I would like to get more power out of it. but don't have much money to spend. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know my way around gas engines pretty well. but would like to learn about diesels. does anyone know of any books or such that would be helpfull in this .. I am the 3rd owner of the truck and a few poeple have said that the pump has already been turned up is there anyway to check this ? the only mod. I have done is get the muffler removed and straight pipe back and out .. thanks again ace

 

Try looking here www.dodgeram.org , lots of good information, turning up the pump is free, had mine done for me, and it sure woke the truck up. You might want to save a few penny's, for step 2, which should be gauges, then injectors, and on and on and on, you only stop when you ribs start showing, cause you ran out of food, and money

 

I will add that it does have pyro boost and tach gauges ..
