I was in no way trying to portray them negatively. The reason why i made "this" the way i did was so who ever read it knew it was a link.

But seriously, from your experience i would never buy a transmission from them. It is ridiculous to have it operate they way it did even with the T.V. cables out of adjustment or what ever the problem ends up being. If i were you i would be a little upset. You paid all the money for a product that should not take days to tinker with to get it to shift though the gears. It's not like you were swapping in a transmission that was not originally intended for a 1992 Dodge Power Ram 250. But then again i would have never of went out on a limb and purchsed it from them when they insisted that your truck came with 47rh from the factory like you said in your other post. I was considering buying a rebuild kit from them when the time comes to rebuild the 47rh but i think i will find someone else to go though now.

You are right. I should be upset. It wouldn't do much good though. PATC has been very helpful on the phone with the troubleshooting.

I don't think it's the transmission though. I think it's the VB.
