I travel that stretch of I-10 a lot and what I have found is to go 5 mph under the limit and let everyone else pass me. I arrive to my destination a few minutes later, but it is much less stressful. At 5 mph under the limit, it is still 70 mph and as someone that survived the 55 mph limit, 70 is still pretty good. Between Tucson and Phoenix, all it takes is a dust devil in the distance for me to slow down a bit, after all, it has already saved me once ...Mark
