U-Joint question

1991.5 W250 Regular Cab 5-seed (2-piece rear shaft)

I went into Advance today to pick up a (hopefully) $20 fix for my moaning/vibrating between 65 and 70 MPH... because I am guessing it's u-joints or tires. I know that there are much better products on the market but nothing available in my town. If this is the solution I will go with some spicer or MOOG products (if possible)

They gave me 2 choices - Neapco CHEAPO'S with inside lock up (part #16301) OR with outside lock up (I do not recall the part #)

which do I need? and what is the difference?

I picked up the "w/inside lock up" version with every intention of returning the product if it is not exactly what I need.

any other tips/tricks to knocking out this annoyance are appreciated.

Thanks,
x2

Always go with genuine Spicer. If you need part #'s I can get back to you in the morning.
