transmission line leak

I was driving my 92 w350 and stopped and saw a drip underneath , I believe my steel transmission lines are leaking, the leak seems to be running off the front end under the oil pan. The fluid is pretty and pink so that is transmission . My question is what is the size of the lines and can I just get some steel line , brake line etc. and replace them. Thanks

The lines to the cooler up front are low pressure. I've fixed many leaks by cutting the leak out and slipping some tight fitting hose and a couple of hose clamps over the cut area.
