TPS problems? need help

I have a 92 1st gen. i got this truck about a month ago and OD worked fine. I adjusted the fuel pin and put everything back together. now OD doesnt even kick in. if i had installed the TPS at the wrong setting would that make it not shift into OD. i also noticed since i did this that all the other gears are shifting at lower rpms. how do i adjust the TPS back to proper working order.

There is a link in the sticky that explains how to adjust the TPS.

The tps adjustment only affects the od shift. All the other shifts are controlled by the tps cable.
