Both of these the motor was bone stock and I was having mechanical issues. In the first I was trying to get the hydraulic steering worked out. It would turn on its own. Ended up snapping a u-joint.

In this video I had just installed a newly rebuilt transmission and it wouldn't shift right. By time it finally shifts it was to late. Don't be to harsh. was trying to work the bugs out.

First, I do not own this truck,

This truck is always at out local Thunderfest in downtown Covina, and the local Custom Car Shows and has a remote intercooler mounted in the bed force fed by electric fans and chilled using liquid C02 from a spray-bar.

It has a 7.3 but it is still a work of art.

CryO2 makes the system but is easy to duplicate

I have looked at those systems and wonder how long those bottles last. Sometimes we are out for two to three days at a time and I don't know if that's a cost effective alternative.

I think air to air or water of a closed water to air system is going to be the best solution.

Dumb question, have you thought about a factory Aftercooler for your 4BT?

It is factory engineered, and I have seen then very reasonable on FleaBay.
