Does anyone have any recommendations on adjusting the tailgate latch? The left side will release but not the right side. I can reach over to the inside of the tailgate and push on a little release and open it. Then I can see that the right side release does not move as far as the left when I pull on the latch.

Boiler, mine did the same thing and I found that the wire that operates the latch had come loose from the handle. I don't remember whether I found the keeper or had to buy one.

I would take the latches out. The arm on them that hooks to the linkage is thin and bends easy. I straigthened them and lubed them up. Worked great ever since.

Replace the little plastic clips while you are in there. Makes a world of difference.

thanks for the info everyone. Its been kinda hard to open but would not open at all right after the wife gets home with about $200 of grocerys in the back! Thats about 4 bags at todays prices!!
