There is a crank position sensor on the front of the engine. Make sure it is gapped properly at 0.050. Fill out your signature so it is easier to help you later. Is the truck stick or auto?

Can someone put up a pic of where the tach sensor is because I cannot find it. I think all the connections are good.

The tach sensor? You should be looking at the crank sensor. It counts the revs via a magnet.

Yes, thank you. It's the tach magnet. I was looking for the wrong thing and in the wrong spot. I found it. Now I just got to replace it.
