Suspension

I don't want to lift my truck, but what does it take to give it that level look? I have 33's now, and it slants a little. Without adding tons of suspension extras does anyone have any recommendations to raise it a little in front? Thanks.

Put taller tires on the low side that should level it.

By the way the trucks in part of the DTR have wing windows and leaf spring in front. FIRST gens
The pic in your avitar looks to a 94 or newer 2gen

replacing your worn out and reverse arched front leaf springs will raise it a bunch

I had my last post in the 2nd generation thread and someone jammed me up saying my truck was a 1st generation. I can't win! Thanks for the advise on the leaf springs.

89-93 Is a first gen
94-98.5 is a 2nd gen 12 valve
98.5-2002 is a 2nd gen vp44 truck or commonly referred to as a 24 valve

What year is your truck?

do a search on the forum in the 1st gen section on front springs, you will find countless threads about this. Best advise I can give you is stay away from SDsprings.
