supplemental grounding ?
I am having some dash wiring issues 
! My radio power on/off is affecting my ash reciever light(ash tray light). the ash reciever is always on faintly with key on, but when I turn off the radio the ash reciever brightens.
I would like to add some extra grounds for piece of mind and possibly eliminate one problem.
I have plenty o welding lead to use for this. Where would you all recommend the best place or places to install them?

Is this correct? The negative is done from the factory.
