I set that wastegate up with a regulator on the air compressor to open at around 28 psi, but that was not taking into account the drive pressure pushing on the puck. I never even tested where it opened on the truck as I just had it plugged from the start. Glad you like it! Its a great turbo for around 400 hp. Let us all know how it goes when you really open it up in 6th gear.

I believed you when you told me but it does make sense now that you mention drive pressure. With DP acting on the puck and the added boost pressure overcoming spring tension within the actuator head, they're both causing it to open at a total of 28-30psi. Making it especially easier since the divider is drilled, it receives the added drive pressure from the other 3 cylinders. On the gauge this shows to be about 17psi of boost. With the ratio of drive pressure to boost pressure typically being 2:1, could the actuator rod be adjusted to open at a higher air pressure (not exactly 60psi) to open the wastegate at a true 28-30psi?

Here's a short little clip from driving home today. Wasn't on it too hard (no more than 1/2 throttle) as the thermostat has just opened up. I was coasting to a red light in 3rd planning to stop but got the green so I rolled into it coming out of the turn then 4th, 5th slowly shift into 6th and gave it one last short burst.

That's about what it sounded like when I had mine like that when my hangers broke. That lasted about a day before I was sick of every piece of plastic rattling. Rigged it up with a quick fix till I got stacks put on it. Sounds throaty though. Can't hear any whistle with the loud exhaust in the vid. Can you hear any "super 40" whistle? Should sing in comparison to the H1C.

I can definitely hear a different whistle but it's not too pronounced right now as the exhaust drowns a lot of things out being right under the cab.
