Yea, some other young guy has a YouTube video linked on here of his slid across the grass and hung up on a fence. Had to chain it up to some 20hp little tractor to pull it off and his sister driving.

When I didn't have anything on the back of my C&C (which has the frame extended an additional 4 feet, so it was a long empty space back there), I tried to drive it up onto some normal-size oil-change ramps, on DRY concrete. It'd get up about 2 inches and then start spinning the back wheels!

You can get a good idea of how it did when I tried to get it off of wet bumpy grass the next day...

My first firstgen was 2wd. Never again. Its true that most of the time 4x4 isnt used, but when you need it its really nice and convenient to have.

These trucks are basically a "see-saw" with a big fat person sitting on the front axle and NOBODY on the rear .

The truck in my sig had been siting in my gravel drive for abuot a month (I don't drive it too much with fuel as high as it is). With rain snow freeze and thaw it had sank down a few inches in the gravel. It was stuck, just spun and couldn't even get it to rock in 2wd. I had to kick it in 4wd to get it to move. I can't imagine having one of these trucks with 2wd only.
