If it's stripped, than there is nothing to get out! Do you mean it's broken? If it's broken than you can try to weld a nut to the broken piece, let it cool then try to back it out. If the threads are stripped out of the exh. manifold are they all gone? (threads) or might there be enough threads left you could clean them up with a tap and install a stud in the one hole. It's tough to drill a bigger hole and put in a heli-coil.
Used manifold a possability?

try to tap a 6 point wrench on it to break it loose. They have fancy wrenches and sockets for just such a problem if u want to spend the money. Or try a metric wrench, i've had good luck with that because the metric wrench is usually a bit tighter on a standard bolt or nut than the proper standard wrench is. good luck!!

heat, PB blaster, heat, PB blaster, heat, PB Blaster, repeat, repeat, use a set of Vise-Grips, beat a wrench over it, or weld a nut to it and it should come out. what did you end up doing with your 2WD with the body lift?? you can buy use manifolds off ebay for CHEAP.

if you can find some of the soy based pentrating spray, use it, it wont flash fire like PB will and works better than PB, it will just smoke heavily and smell like burnt beans.

Prolly stripped because someone used a 12 point SAE wrench or socket on the 15mm nut fyi.

If all of the above dosen't work you might be able to grind off the head off the remove the turbo with the stud still in place. One the turbo is out of the way, you should be able to get the rest of the bolt out.
