Sticky governor advice

This weekend is mechanical weekend for me. I'm going to look in on my shutdown solenoid, and re-clean the pin in my afc to try and get it running smoothly and stop losing power.

Another memeber suggested as sticky governor might be the problem. How do I look into it/fix it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

A pump rebuild would be the only fix for that.
