Actually, I just checked the Borgeson Site. They list their shaft as 79-93?!!? so who knows. I will check into this more.

I see you're in MD. Call Terry AKA Mysteryman 3019335277 - he might have all the parts lying around!!? He can also talk your ear off about the Dodges as well..

The steering box & bracket that I used was from a 76 W-100.
The part numbers and interchange according to Hollander are:
Steering box part number 4031921
Mounting bracket has the number 3496357 <=(from my notes)=
The Hollander interchange range listed is:
Dodge Truck 1975-77 W100; W200; W300
Ramcharger & Trailduster 1974-77 with 4WD
This box was also a popular retrofit into the Dodge military M37's to add power steering.
The spline size is different on this box. The Flaming River shaft with the two u-joints for a 92 Dodge did NOT fit the splines on this model box.
Also note, it MAY be possible to avoid having a custom hose made by simply using the older style threaded fitting that threads into the power steering pump pressure port. This in theory should permit you to use a hose with both ends that match, such as from a 75 W100 w/318 engine? I haven't gotten this far yet to confirm this.

You buy the shaft to the double d coupler to fit the splines. I believe the box end spline coupler that I used was for a GM application. On the pre-92's maybe a Borgeson style flanged shaft with a GM splined coupler. You need to measure the spline outside diameter and count the splines BEFORE you order one.
I don't know. I never had a reason to check but the mounting studs IIRC are 3/8" x 16 threads.
