Steering box woes
Since my AGR box failed and has been replaced. I have alot of problems with keeping the steering box tight. The 4 bolts holding it on to the frame bracket keep loosing up it seems. These 35's just seem to e putting alot of pressure on the box and bracket. I'm going to do crossover steering pretty soon but was wondering if anyone knows if there is a aftermarket steering box bracket like the old Chevys have? Also I know crossover steering will help steering obviously but it is pretty effective at reducing pressure from the box.

Thanks Brandon!
I didn't know that. I have borgeson shaft and AGR box and really fed up with the steering lately. You know of a good crossover article that shows how the box mounts without the bracket

The frame has holes in it to bolt the box directly to the frame, this was for 2wd trucks.
4x4 trucks to save money, dodge took the same standard box and mounted it out on a plate. When really they should have designed a different box for just 4x4 trucks that would bolt directly to the frame.
It's literally the matter of, removing the box/plate. Throwing the plate away, and bolting the box back to the frame in the existing holes, but you can ONLY do that if you're doing crossover.

Yeah I did a little more research and i can't wait to get rid of that bracket. I found a support bracket for 2wd boxes that I'll probably throw on on too

You need this. It will reinforce the frame for the crossover. http://ramchargercentral.com/jungles...6dd137652514fd
