stalling when hot

got a 92 w350, runs perferct until reaches operating temp then it stalls at every light. It will start right back up and run fine, but when you let off the throttle, it stalls. Engine rpms run at 900 in gear, a/c on, new lift pump, new shut off solinode, and filters. When it is cold, it runs perfect. Got any ideas what this could be? I'm thinking low fuel injection pump presure when diesel fuel get hot and thins out. Thanks

Injector Pump. When the unit heats up, clearances on a worn pump open up enough such that pressure at idle is inadequate to keep the beast turning and burning. Higher RPM produces enough pressure to run - remember the VE pump is essentially a rotating vane style hydraulic pump.

Good luck.

Try turning up the fuel screw and see if that makes a difference....

Mine will bog down when I come to a stop only when its hot, but hasn't shut off, if I throw it in neutral the rpms will come back up. Don't have a tach. so I don't actually know what RPMS I'm at. I thought it was just the converter, Great is mp injector pump going TOO??? Could you just bump the idle up a little?

Glad it helped.
Run some of the Power Services gray bottle fuel additive because it will raise the viscosity of the fuel a bit.
