I Had To Make My Own
If you are talking about the square drive that actually gets stuck into the speedometer drive at the transmission, on the adapter itself, they are actually simple to make.
Take the adapter apart and that square drive pin is actually HEX shaped for most of it's length, with only an inch, or so, being square.
Take an appropriately sized Allen wrench and file necessary length square.
A groove gets filed in the hex portion to accommodate an E-clip.
I think it takes a 3/16 Allen to make one.
UNLESS, yours is different from mine.

man thats what i needed mine broke off the adapter. the dealer wants like 80 bucks for the part. so you are saying i can connect the sensor without the adapter. i would love some pics if you got some as i have the same truck as you.

My adapter broke the shaft where it goes in the t-case. I checked with dodge and they said there were 2 and mine was the discontinued one. A friend of mine knew an old mechanic who told him there was an identical shaft in the tailshaft of a turbo 350 automatic transmission. He tore down a junk turbo 350, got the shaft, we took the gear off of the broken shaft, put it on the new shaft and it works great. I will try to get more info. from him if you need it. Also I saw a site the other day while looking for odometer gears that had these reducers, I will try to find the link. Good Luck.

Found the website.http://www.transmissioncenter.net/sp...n_______va.htm. Never had any dealings with these folks, so I don't know how they are and I am not making any suggestions. I just noticed they had these reducers, b/c I couldn't find one when I was looking.

Speedometer Service in Colorado Springs built one for me several years ago that looks like the one in the picture.
You CAN put the VSS into the outlet of the tranny, but I can almost guarantee you it will be inaccurate and nearly useless. Mine has like a .56 ratio for my (then) 4.10 gears. It wont be accurate with my current 3.54s. Everyone talks about tires changes affecting the speedometer, which they do, but not nearly as much as gearing changes

Thanks for that site.
There are a lot of hard to find goodies listed there.
Thanks.

Yea, i got it fixed, i just wet to my local big truch parts store "weldon supply" and they matched it up to a shaft that goes to the same style box on a big truck, i had forgotten that the old 5x4 trans often have the reducers, and found the shaft in a speedo repair kit. thats what i would suggest, they gave me 2 shafts... not too bad of deal
