Speedometer Question

I have asked before, but never figured it out. My 92 has speedo issues. It either jumps around alot, reads too high with a little movement, or jumps even while sitting still. What I need is advice about what to check and how to check it and either specks or where to find specks. I have changed speed sensors on the T-Case in past years which worked, but that no longer seems to work unless I am getting bad sensors. Thanks for the help, all ideas and info are appreciated.

Check the wires, from the sender, up to the cab, mine was doing the same thing, and I found a bare spot got it taped up, and speedometer works fine now.

What he said, and check the cluster ground. There's a thread in the sticky from Jim Lane about converting the gauge lights to LED's that covers fixing the cluster ground.
