Speedometer drive '93 Getrag/New Process 205
Hello Group;
Would like to throw a question the forums way as I've run out of options.
I am looking for the speedometer drive gear housing that the 13-tooth gear rides in and then mounts into the side of the New Process 205 transfer case. Two dealerships here in Portland, OR. have told me that the particular item I'm looking for, was never installed on a Dodge vehicle. I've sent a search for this item through Chrysler and Dodge on the web. I did get a reply from Franklin Sussex parts that they had no luck either. (also mentioned that it is an item that a dealership would not probably carry as there is no demand for it).
HELP. Would like to get my rig back on the road to put this new transmission and transfer case a real test. I know I can do that with out the speedo being installed.
When the lights come flashin though I'll know I was going too fast !
Thanks,
Mark

Hello Bob,
Not sure if you received my last message. Can't find that it ever went.
Thanks for the info. I'll give them a call Monday. By the way, I live in the "CULLY" neighborhood right off 42nd Ave. Between Killingsworth and Lombard (hwy.30).
