i have 4 speakers in my truck i have two 6x9 door speakers that are pioneer and i have 2 10" subs in back of my seats which are also pioneer....which i bought at walmart ......and brandon and dave and a few others can agree with me that my system sounds pretty **** good........rock on

Whichever speakers you decide to install be sure to install a waterproof shield to protect them from any water that might run down past the window seals.

6x9s are good for a little more bottom end, as they have bigger cones, but they are certainly an inferior speaker design for sound quality, due to cone flex and not being round.
Focal 690CA are the best sounding 6x9s I've yet encountered.

How can it not have speakers...they're BEHIND The panel, you have to remove the panel to get to them.
If it has 2 wires running into the door, it has front speakers.
They probably started to sound crappy and someone just cut the wires, thats why they're not working.
Trust me it has door speakers if it had a radio in it from the factory.
