I have searched through everything and I can't find anything that says if you can swap 1st and 2nd gen steering columns. I can't find anyone that has a first gen tilt column but there are alot of 2nd gens out there. I could also use an aftermarket one if that exists, but I doubt that it does.

Where are you? stick or auto? I know where a few are. I think the wiring is different from 1st to 2nd Gen.

there is also a differenct in length between 4wd and 2wd

ok well my truck has a tilt column, and cruise, why cant you find any others??

I'm in Arizona at the California border. I need one for a 4WD, '91 truck. I don't need or want cruise.
