I've found a '93 250 CTD with 109k original miles. 5 spd 4x4 regular cab long bed two tone red and white. it is the SLT or whatever was the top of the line package at the time. body and interior is in good shape. the guy wants $7500 for it. what do y'all think? it sounds like a good deal to me. Thanks

Sounds great. If you can get it through inspection without major investment, it's about the total cost of my 157,000 mile '91 LE plain jane whose interior looks like a family of cigar-smoking methed-out raccoons lived in it for the last decade. Even so, I love it.

Take a really good look at it, body, brakes, u joints, diffs, etc. Don't take anything for granted just because it has low miles. If the truck is really clean its probably worth it.
