Smoke doesnt mean power. It means unburnt $4.29-per-gallon-diesel-fuel. If you still want it, turn the smoke screw more or grind the afc-lever and you will have an OVER fueled rig.

SmokemS will make the raod dissapear behind him all the time though. and nothing like a non-leaking set of PODs will help your smoke.

Run WMO(waste motor oil) in your tank. Its free fuel and it'll smoke like a son of a *EDIT*

Check the "Fuels/BioDiesel/Diesel" threads for info.
Its pretty much free fuel and all the smoke you want. Heck, when I run it, I don't even have to give it a ton of throttle to lay out a thick cloud of coal...like a thick swarm of carbon locust consuming and blocking out the sun shining down on the intersection.

take the spring out of the top of the afc and turn the fuel pin to the deepest point it will give you a ton of smoke before your turbo spools and it will save you from having to grind your fuel pin down witch is perminent

Run your stock air filter in its original box and then you'll see more smoke. The bhaf really feeds the turbo a lot more air so giving the engine less air to burn the fuel should give you more smoke.

Just go get your 3200rpm spring and while you're in there, remove the AFC foot completely. I just did one, tapped the bb's out and then the shaft, the foot assembly fell right out of the pump top. Then without predrilling, I tapped the holes with a 1/4-20 tap and ran in some 3/8" long set screws with blue locktite and left the shaft out. Worked slick! That will smoke if you want it to and you will gain power. POD's will give you smoke with or without a AFC. Plus, the AFC removal can be turned around in an hour or so if you don't like it. But if you grind it, it's gone forever.
