could you guys give a brief explanation on how to install a slider? I'm sure there's others out there who could benefit from learning about it. THANKS!

I don't. The knife was taken from inside my place of employment at the time.

the installation of the rear slider is pretty straight forward. if ur able to remove the solid rear glass in one piece u'll be able to get the slider installed. Just patients and a puddy knife or table knife ;-) to get the rubber over the seam. In some spots u need to use force and others u just have to work at for a few minutes.

You make it sound so easy! I really have no idea where to start..do you put the gasket in the truck first and then work the window in? Or vice versa? Again, thank you for the help.

Hopefully I can get this done before I leave for Montana in the morning!!

Its not easy... but it isn't hard either, just time consuming. I put the rubber gasket around the window then worked from the middle of the window (top and bottom) out to the sides. from outside of the truck, in.

When I have installed windows (rear) i run a piece of nylon rope in the channel of the gasket an work it around. soak the rope in a little bit of dish soap this also helps. it does take two people to do it take your time.
