simple milage question with big injectors

i want to know what injectors you have, your mods if not in sig, timing, tires, gears and milage.

looking at 5x16 sdx or ddp or...

40 hp BD nozzles
mods in sig.

best tank was 241 miles

10.47 MPG is the best ive gotten with mods

was 402 miles/23 gal stock with barbie wheels on it.
17.47 mpg

.10 over head gasket/ported head(PDR SPEC), powerstroke intercooler, and tranny cooler going in couple weeks...... then injectors then if millage doesnt come up or this thing absolutly rips..............its gone.

I averaged 16-17 with 6x16s, Silver bullet, and lots of timing. 3.54 gears and a built auto with Goerend converter. This is the same setup I ran 13.3 @ 99 with.
Tires were 265/75/R16.

Scheid 14mm pump, New Era 6x16s, 47RH trans and 3.07 gears, 27 deg of timing (all the time), 235-series tires, c.5000 pounds. Best was 27mpg at 65mph, most of the time I get low to mid 20s on the highway.

What are barbie wheels?

Maybe the wheel/tire combo you have is killing mileage.

3.54 gear, 265/75r16 hankook mt's, nv4500. Timing 2.1mm. DDP 55ml. I've got 14 psi at the IP all the time. Mixed 76 mile round trip a day I average 19ish, some tanks Up to 22 some down to 17. Just depends on how late I'm running. I always run 2 stroke oil, don't know if that makes a difference?

i got some bad injectors then

my truck came stock with the 215/55r or whatever.

i put the injectors in as the first mod..about a week after buying it
.since then i have had bad milage leveled the front and put the 35's on it... i figured the bigger tires would help my high rpm freeway speed . had 411 then.
then i swapped to 355.. milage went up slightly.

**** injectors/winter fuel/dually /35" tires all are the issue.

just want to know if a injector upgrade would make it worse.

its a toss up between SDX 140, ddp3(the old4's) maybe even weston direct.

tell me about the new era stuff.. Price? hp.
pm me if you guys dont want open forum talk

i have
pdr head .10 over gasket going in and will supply more air to keep egt in check............if i get millage too

Just a thought: if you put bigger tires and calculate your mileage with the stock speedo you'll get some error making it look worse than it is, ... you may have already factored that in

Although I did have DDP4's and they were excellent, I fail to see what edge DDP has over any other of the people selling injectors.

It seems it is a bunch of different people selling the same parts to me (kind of the same thing with turbos), feel free to fill me in.
