Question Shudder on braking, acceleration. Misaligned air lift?

Whenever braking from highway speeds, or getting under way from a stop, my truck shudders from front to back, like a slinky sort of.
I checked all the brakes and there is nothing wrong there. I have air lift bags in the rear but I noticed they are not aligned completely verticle; could that be the problem?
Also lots of movement between the cab and the bed... Haven't located any frame cracks or anything like that.
Any ideas?
Truck is a W250 5spd

Thanks

the shudder on braking is typically rotors that are out of round.
