to make mine fit i changed the tanks around to fit it past the radiator with out cutting the mounts. i moved the latch over to clear the intercooler. its only 1.5" below the core support. and i made my own 3 inch pipes.

well, i think it needs to spool quicker than it does, the 12cm didn't make any difference in spool up, but now with the intercooler i have much better temps so far but i have not towed with the intercooler installed, i want to turn up the fuel screw more now that i have a intercooler to help keep temps in check.

My pump is turned up much less then yours and going intercooled and replacing the baby h1c with the HX35/12 was a big noticeable difference.
How ever I had the same complain as you when i did mine...........turned out being a crack in the diaphragm in the Injection pump.
Tim Worline(the one that made my ss tubes) told me of a trick with super glue...........Its been holding for several months.
I also had several leak at the hose clamps.
You need to buy or build a boost pressure tester, so you can find the leaks.
You need atleast 10 to 15 pound of boost or pressure to find the leaks.
And your usually traveling a little bit to fast, at 15 psi to be crawling around you truck looking for boost leaks
Flash
Edit: my bad, your running a stage II H1C/12cm but that should be makeing as much boost, or more then my stock HX35/12

i think it might not spool as fast as it should because of the port work i did to make the wastegate flow enough, for the amount of fuel i am running,
i drilled the scroll but i also cut it down, plus i polished the casting marks out of the inside of it.
it does still make the same boost as the 14cm did but it doesnt seam to be as fast on spool up but maybe it, just doesn't feel as fast because i turned the fuel screw down just before i put on the 12cm,
maybe i should put on the 14cm with the setting i have now and see what happens.
