The pump will move to adjust timing VERY EASILY by hand if you properly crack loose all of the Injection lines, afc line, fuel input line and the front three nuts/10mil lower backside nut.
Or you can use the ratchet strap to preload the pump top and tap the head of the pump with a soft deadblow hammer and it will nudge over no problem. you will be preloading the injector lines, however. Not sure if you're ok with that or not.
