rust on rocker panels

Rust on rocker panels, is this a common issue for early 90's dodge ctd?

I don't think it's as common as the rust over the rear wheelwells. Mine has a couple bubbles starting there, rest of the truck is rust free as a 203k, Ohio truck can be.

Oh Yeah!

Well, depending on what part of the country and what state...cause salt just plain disolves steel.

Don't see many stock (original) rockers on older trucks around my neck of the woods in northern Illinois...
They do brisk sales of repalcements 'round here...

Yeah, first thing that went through on mine were both rockers. Everything else is still ok for now.
