running a little slow

My 93 Dodge even with a fresh pump and being turned all the way as far as I can turn it runs a little slower with less smoke than other trucks in the area. I noticed the lift pump has a little fuel leaking out from it. could a bad lift pump cut power on this truck? I'm going to see if I can check the FP today. what should the FP on this truck be? thanks

Minimum acceptable is 3 psi. If you do a volume test, you should get .7 quarts for 30 seconds of cranking. If there's fuel leaking from the LP and all the fittings are tight, I'd just replace it. You can get one for less than $40 online.
