Very nice!!! Did you put the sound dampner up on the head liner too? I'm wondering though, why you need it? You couldn't possibly hear your engine with that big ol' sub-box right there. Digging the 'T' bar shifter also.

I guess you're planning on converting to grey interior?

I think I've moved from engine mods to interior restore myself. I would like to do the exact same as you have done to your floor boards and back of the cab with the sound deadening sheets. As for carpet, I would love to replace it and clean up the cab while it's out. However, I've heard that most aftermarket carpets that are available don't fit as well as the originals. Anybody experience this or does anyone have a source for carpets that do fit well?

Must be nice to be able to stick sound deadening products down.......
I'd do it myself IF I can ever find where my water leaks are coming from and fix them. I'm worried about the cab rotting under the sound deadener.

Looks good

My concerns as well.....especially since I live on the "Wet" coast of BC.

thanks guys, i got pics of it all done now. my floor is not rusted at all, it's still clean metal. i sealed up the areas where water was getting in, i also put sound deadening material on the roof then put my head liner in, the truck is very nice to drive now it's very quiet, i still want to do some sound deadening in the doors and mabe behind the motor on the firewall. and i live right on the coast of bc as well and im very surprised as to how well the truck stays dry inside and the body and frame are still good
