I haven't. I checked it out real fast though.

I looked real quick and couldn't find an address or a phone number listed anywhere on the site. One of the first things I look for.

Hmm.....No phone number or address on the site that you could find, eh? Interesting. I never thought about that before, but I can see where you may not want to order from a site with nothing but an email address...

I ordered a flexplate from them last year. Great prices and they got it to me very quickly.

I ordered an oil pan from them. As soon as I sent my CC info the page crashed. I looked for a way to contact them and there was no phone # or address. So I e-mailed them. I heard nothin for 2 weeks. My CC bill came with the oil pan charge on it. I had to call my CC Co and find the company. They didn't even have a phone # or address for them. I was now very worried. The did tell me that they are in NJ. So I did an internet search and found their phone #. I called and got a machine. I left a very ****** off message and they called me back in 2 days saying that the shipping department forgot to ship it. They didn't forget to bill me though. So it took close to a month to get the pan. Great prices but lousy customer service.

I've ordered from them a couple times. Gotten everything quickly everytime. If you are running any type of pop-up blocker, their cart will not work. I use ad-subtract and I had to turn it off before I went to their site.

I've also ordered and received parts from them successfully.
We even went back and forth a couple of times via e-mail prior to the order to make sure I was ordering the correct parts I needed.
I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I also always look for an address and phone number first. I have seen some decent outfits that don't list their number though. I think for a small shop to list their number would be the deathnail because of the volume of internet traffic and their inability to get anything done with the phone ringing. You can always go to a who is lookup and see who owns the domain name.

Interesting! I did a search just out of curiosity. The domain is registered to :
Reliable Goods LLC
144 North Beverwyck Rd. #144
Lake Hiawatha, NJ. 07034

The number they list is (973) 000-0000
The fax they list is (123) 123-1234
Guess that they don't want anyone to know who they are. LOL
Being a limited liability corp you could look them up that way if you had a really bad problem.

I didn't know that the UPS store sold automotive parts.

Guess they don't want people to get a hold of them except via the web.
