Rear Sway Bar install

That was a tough install, but well worth the effort. The W250 rides tight around the curves, with no side to side sway. If you haven't added this to your mod list, look me up when you decide to. You will appreciate the control.

Any pics? What did you use for a bar? The handling improvement provided by the rear sway bar was very noticeable to me as well. I modded my rear axle to accept a 2nd gen bar like this:

Nice work on the drivers side bracket. I am trying to post pics. Mine was from JCW and it is 1 1/8" thick, powdercoated. I like your connection points to the bottom of your frame. JCW runs the sway bar in front of the diff, under the drive axle, and connects angle brackets on the side of the frame, right at the pre drilled holes on the side of your frame where it starts to make its way up. Anchor point to the axle are right where yours are at. Feels like the tires are melted to the road around corners and mountain road curves.

EXCELLENT job on the install, and the posted pics to boot!! Really well done, I'm sure it will make it to the sticky files! I'm with you all the way on driving/handling improvement, especially when towing. I installed an aftermarket bar kit long ago on my Trailduster for those reasons, and tried to swap it into the dually when the 'Duster got totalled, but it just isn't designed for the Dana 70 axle. :-( Thanks for sharing, keep up the great work.
