rear diff fluids

I am looking to upgrade to a Mag-Hytec diff cover. Does anyone know what type/weight gear lube a Spicer-70 diff. with limited slip would take? Manual is confusing. Carmyne

80-90 for light and winter use
80-140 for summer and heavy duty use.

Run Amsoil 80-90 in mine
