Rear brake discs on dually ???

Hi all:

From reading previous threads, it seems that it is difficult to install brake discs on the rear axle of a dually: the issue is caliper clearance, is this correct? If the truck was a SRW that got converted to DRW, would it be the same issue, or is there a chance that it might work? Thanks for any input, suggestions.

Same problem. The only fix is 19.5" wheels.
