Really Bad Miss

ive got a really bad miss in my truck, it just devolped this morning on my way home to work, the truck doesnt have nearly as much power, its smoking white through the exhuast and blow by tube, it seems to be burning oil and its missing really bad, when i re started the truck it sounded really different when it was cranking to start and it now has a slight ticking when running and the exhuast is kinda loping, any ideas??

run compression check to determine if have a bad cylinder or head gasket or it might be a bad injector

Before you jump into it that deep I would very carefully crack injection lines loose and see which one is the dead one. Then go from there.

after pulling the head off i found out that i blew the head gasket inbetween the # 3 and 4 cylinders

all i have to say is man is that cylinder head heavy especially when u pick it up by yourself and your truck has a 6 inch lift and 37 inch tires
