Is it wastegated? It will have the size cast in. WG'd should be labeled inside the exhaust inlet. Non-WG will have it on the outside near the inlet. Probably an 18cm.
Did you buy it off ebay?

I just installed my Denny T pin today. All I can say is WOW! I also set the throttle linkage in the inside hole, thanks Crossy's Son, both of your vids helped a lot. I did both on my coffee break at work today. The response is night and day and the truck now pushes you back in the seat almost like a big block gasser. I cant even imagine what the rest of the mods are going to be like.

It is WG'd. There is two what look like 19's, one on the inside and one on the outside of the exhaust inlet. Does this mean its a 19mm? And yes, eBay.

I wish I could help you, but I'm just learning also. How do I join the Extreme Right Wing club? I've been told I'm so conservative I make Genghis Khan look look a liberal.

Easy killer!
90% of the time, as soon as you put bigger injectors in and a tweaked pump and you beat on it...
the clutch goes bye bye. Save you $$$$ for a SB clutch and do the free tweaks to get you going

Exhaust flange-T4
Exhaust outlet-4"
Exhaust housing size-19mm
Turbine wheel-2.5"/64.90mm
Compressor intake dia-4"/102.06mm
Compressor wheel dia-2.2"/56.66mm
Compressor outlet dia-28/73.44mm
I don't know if its a good on or not?Its just something to get me started. After experiencing the difference after the Denny T pin was installed, I cant believe this turbo could be any worse than what I had. It has a little side to side movement so I figure I will have to rebuild it. At that time I will make major changes to it. Unless anyone sees I am doing a major NO NO and I should do something different now?

Some side to side play is ok, but the in and out is what needs to be tight. 0.013 - 0.020" is the spec for side to side. 0.001-0.005" in and out.
I am not saying it is a bad turbo at all. I have just heard they were laggy with the 19cm.
Also if it does need rebuilt you can upgrade it to a 60mm compressor.

Well I went to the mail box today and my 366 or 3200 spring came in. Hey Crossy's son, how about a video on that next. I know there is already great info in the sticky, but a visual always helps.

LOL. I just nominated myself. I figured if the shoe fit..... I wrote that in my sig back in April after the DHS memo came out that pretty much said that everything I stand for is a sure sign of a right wing extremist. So I ran with it. If'n ya wanna join membership is free.

Did you buy this? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HX40-...Q5fAccessories
Please tell me you didn't
Right now you have a 18cm on your H1c because your truck is a 93, the 18cm housing is bad enough on an HX40 (i've heard many complaints), you're gonna hate that 19cm.
My thoughts, its also weird it has a 56mm comp. wheel and not a 60mm like HX40's usually have.
Looks like you bought this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Holse...Q5fAccessories
