Ready for my mods, I need A LOT of info?

After a my last thread, Apwatson50 convinced me to get new injectors and after watching Crossys son videos I now have the mod fever.
So I just bought a hx40w, Denny T pin, 3200 gov spring, and I am torn between the DDP 40hp, Bosch 40hp, and the Bully dog 50hp injectors. Other than studs my truck has no mods, I also have pyro and boost gauges.
Now here is my questions......
1) How do I mount the hx40 to my truck, is there a flange I could buy or do I have to make it?
2) Who's the better of the injectors and why? I am thinking the Bosch, they are cheaper and are an OEM name.
3) Is there any thing that I missed (BHAF, tweak pump, etc.)
4) And in what order should I do all this?

Agree with above, that 40 gonna push some air and u diff can push more fuel than those listed, I'd go with a set of 435 or a custom set from era

That hx40 can cool DDP4 (80HP inj.) pretty good depending on pump settings.

I didn't know bosch even made 40hp injectors??? Just make sure they're not 30hp 190 injectors. they aint the greatest for making big power.

I'd go with Dynomite diesel 80hp injectors...but from the choices you gave, the DDP 40hp injectors will prob be the cleanest., those with the tweaks in my video and maybe a Dennyt or M2 pin and you'll have a rocket with a slipping clutch

Why does the HX40 not fit up? Does your HX40 have a T4 flange?

If you want a "clean" injector that will still make power, go with some DDP4's.

Where the turbo bolts to my manifold is something like 2 1/2" by 3" and the hx40 is 3' by 3".the guy I got it from said it had a T4 on it.
As far as injectors go, I tow with the truck, no drag or pulling. I just want to make the hills in northern NY and VT in third or fourth and not first or second with my emergency flashers on.

3 feet by 3 inches?!?! that will definitely require a custom flange
but i think you can find adaptors for the different flanges. not too sure where though

I thought the T4 stood for the exit side of the the turbo, hence the 4" exhaust and the T3 with 3", not the mounting flange. So do I have a large paper weight or can I fix this novice mistake.

Don't worry, you can get adapters. I'm not sure where though.

What size of housing is it? Might be better off to swap that.

Not to steal the thread but looking on DDP's website they list a 25hp and 40hp injector. The 25 is about $50 or so cheaper. Is there an advantage to running the lesser injector? I'm more interested in fuel economy rather than all-out power.
