Since my stock oil pressure gauge never worked, I finally got around to installing a nice electric oil pressure gauge, My readings are as follows
ROTELLA T 15W40
70* cold engine
40 psi @ 650 rpm
80 psi @ 2000 rpm
195* warmed engine
30 psi @ 650 rpm
50 psi @ 2000 rpm
60 psi @ 2500 rpm
Does this all sound normal to you?
I have some 330K miles on the engine.
Please let me know what it should be
or what yours is!

Sounds healthy to me.

Minimum specs are 10 psi @ hot idle and 30 psi @ max rated RPM - you are well over that.
