Supposed to be an 'R". I used a 21/64" Worked out just fine for me.

The chart I used says 11/32" for 1/8" NPT. It worked fine on mine.

Cool, thanks fellas! How about adapters? Can I get them from the hardware section at Lowes? Will brass take the heat, or do I need cast iron fittings? Never really messed with anything like this, so I'm in the dark...

Iron. Any decent hardware store will have what you need. The reducer is bell-shaped, and you want the shortest 1/8" nipple they have. It's called a close nipple, the threads meet in the middle.

Thanks again I'm nervous to watch the pre-turbo pyro for the first time--it'll probably make me all

I'll be the guinea pig for this one and let ya'll know in about a week
Are they suppose to be bigger then pod's or just a cleaner burn? Can't wait for the results!

Rumor has it they don't flow as much as POD's--still waiting to hear from DonM on the specifics. As it is, I've got way more fuel than I can burn anyway, so I'm not terribly concerned about max fuel delivery. A cleaner burn with less smoke/egt would have me all As I posted earlier, I'm the guniea pig on this one, so I'll keep everyone updated. I've had my truck for a little over a year and 30k+ miles now, so I've got a good idea of what she'll do and what she won't. Heat is my biggest concern, with smoke a close second. Since this is my only driver I can't focus on peak dyno #'s in favor of long term reliability. This summer I plan to skip the hybrid and head for the HTB2 with a custom crossover pipe and h2o/meth. I just can't hack up my old-school grill for an intercooler...yet. I'm such a purist
