93Fury- how much "toying" did you do with your pump? What about your full fuel screw? What kind of boost numbers and EGT are you seeing? Before I had my pump run on the stand and set to an exact number, I could hit 1400EGT and 34psi boost at about 3/4 throttle with stock injectors.
My advice would be to get the injectors tested, then check your fuel pressure after the lift pump. Change the fuel filter.
The OD problem is likely the TPS, though the speed sensor will play a factor in there as well- you mention the speedo is all over the place. You can remove, disassemble, and clean inside the TPS to gain a little more life from it. Then it will need to be calibrated with a voltmeter, preferrably analog, but digital can be made to work. Check your connections and wiring to the speed sensor. Make sure the female ends of the plug in are perfectly round. Otherwise you can get a bad/ intermittent connection and your speedo will go nuts.
