I don't know how we shifted from windows to spelling bees in half a dozen posts; but, while we are on the subject, around here anyway, elementary schools no longer emphasize correct spelling(probably because most of the teachers never could spell no how and got tired of being showed up by kids like me), just telling kids to spell words like they sound, and close is good enough.

Our local newspaper of over sixty years has lost all it's old school editors and the spelling in every article, along with extremely poor grammar, a lot of the time reads opposite to what they intended to mean; it's pathetic.



Now, someone point out all the mistakes I made.
