I've basically got the same truck with the same mods as you, SpunBearing...
'92 250 2wd Reg Cab Getrag 3.54's.
145k miles, 4" straight pipe into 5" outlet.
at 65mph at night, on a 300 mile drive it got 23mpg.
at about 80mph on the same trip it got about 19mpg.
This is 301.86 miles, nonstop freeway driving, and the occaisional slow down in traffic in Austin. Boost levels at driving speeds are about 5-7psi.
I'm sure my mileage will decrease when the HX35/16, Pulse Manifold, 4" downpipe, BHAF & POD injectors are installed, as well as the pump tweaks & 3200 Governer Spring (in two weeks!!)...but I don't think it'll drop too bad.
